Staff Nurse (RGN)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our client's team at their nursing home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality care to elderly residents and will be committed to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace.,

• Provide compassionate and person-centered care to elderly residents


• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician's orders


• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans


• Monitor and document residents' condition and progress


• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for residents and their families


• Act as an advocate for residents and their diverse needs
  
  RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification and valid UK NMC Pin


• Previous experience in elderly care or nursing home setting is preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
