Staff Nurse (RGN / RMN) - Night Shifts

We are in search of a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team and provide exceptional nursing care and support to elderly patients. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others in a positive and inclusive environment within a beautiful care home setting in Norfolk, offering residential, nursing, and palliative care services., As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring the overall well-being of elderly residents. Your day-to-day activities will involve administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing emotional support to residents and their families.

• RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Health Nurse) qualification
• Valid UK NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
• Proven experience in elderly care
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
