In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing stakeholder engagement strategies for our Infrastructure projects, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all relevant stakeholders. You will play a key role in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, including the clients and other projects, to support the successful delivery of our projects. You'll be responsible for: Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans and strategies for construction projects, in alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Identifying key stakeholders, establish, and utilise current communication channels to facilitate ongoing dialogue and collaboration. Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinating stakeholder meetings, workshops, and events. Gathering feedback from stakeholders and incorporate it into project planning and decision-making processes. Monitoring and evaluating stakeholder engagement activities, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement. Working closely with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plans and activities. Representing Mace at external events and forums, promoting our company values and contributing to industry discussions on stakeholder engagement best practices. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and communications teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in stakeholder engagement efforts. You'll need to have: Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and delivering effective engagement strategies for construction projects. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
