Your Impact
-You will ensure timely preparation and submission of both UK and Overseas legal entity statutory reporting and tax returns, in accordance with local GAAP/ IFRS and other reporting standards
-You will be responsible for timely preparation and submission of regulatory and compliance reports & surveys
-You will support the analytical review process, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and assist with VAT return preparation
-You will establish and manage strong relationships with the tax team, external auditors and tax advisors
-You will support the manager with common processes, and other adhoc projects to drive efficiency and quality improvements within team
Your Experience and Qualifications
-Professional accounting qualification (e.g.
ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA)
-Strong technical understanding of local GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS for financial reporting, including knowledge of overseas legislation and requirements
-Experience with statutory automation tools, including the use of RPA and AI
-Advanced Excel skills, including pivots and formulas. SAP knowledge is a plus
-Prior experience in auditing, particularly within large practice firms, would be an advantage
