Stewards

The Steward is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for both staff and customers. Responsibilities

• Cleaning and Sanitation:
+ Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces. + Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and silverware. + Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables. + Mop and sweep floors regularly. + Clean and maintain restrooms and other common areas.
• Inventory Management:
+ Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. + Ensure that cleaning supplies are properly stored and used.
• Equipment Maintenance:
+ Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment in good working condition. + Report any equipment malfunctions or damage to the appropriate staff.


• Experience in a food service environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
