Job Purpose
Responsible for the Accurate Recording Of Stock Location, Quantity, Value And Condition.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

-Booking in good received using company software
-Respond to stock enquiries from the sales team
-Log orders and confirm timescales
-Book stock out to relevant jobs prioritising due dates
-Allocate serial numbers and producing labels
-Arrange transport
-Identify and investigate trends in stock adjustments
-Investigate stock discrepancies
-Record van stock levels
-Stock level monitoring, identifying when purchase orders need to be raised
-Chase suppliers to make sure delivery due dates are not missed
-Recording of stock location, quantity, value and condition

Knowledge / Experience
-Experience with word / excel
-Good computer skills including software
-Good numeracy skills
