Specific responsibilities will include organisation, acceptance and rotation of all stock products, so manual handling and heavy lifting will be required. This role includes checking and accepting deliveries of food from our suppliers. The role requires knowledge of food safety, rotation and organisation - and training around this will be given. The role involves cleaning and maintaining stock areas, these include our main fridge and freezer along with the stockroom. You will be working in cold temperatures and pulling stock cages up the drive thru lane and into the restaurant. This role will develop to include some small equipment maintenance, all of which training will be given.

To join us you'll need to be confident in dealing with external contractors as well as the restaurant team. You'll also need to understand the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service as well as cleanliness. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.

Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and you'll be required to assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently by maintaining the equipment and building in prime condition. You'll need to work with external contractors to make sure repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers. As a key part of the restaurant team you will work as a supportive colleague and demonstrate a high level of enthusiasm for the standards in all areas of the restaurant inside and out., Every year, you'll have a review with your manager, which can make a real difference to your pay. You'll get a bigger pay rise if your reviews show you're doing well.
