Full Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our team, ensuring an outstanding experience for all customers and helping us deliver essential services with excellence. As Store Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the store's operational and financial success. You will actively control all costs, including labour and expenses, in line with budget expectations, while maintaining optimal stock levels, cash, and local credit in accordance with establishment targets. With a focus on safety and quality, you'll ensure all equipment is well-maintained and safe to use, immediately reporting any issues to management and overseeing prompt rectification. Your leadership will drive a culture of compliance and accountability, ensuring the team adheres to cash handling, security protocols, and stock control procedures. You will manage product availability to minimize wastage and maximize profitability while also displaying correct pricing and identifying new opportunities for savings, sales, and increased profitability. Through attentive management, you'll foster an environment that prioritizes safety and high standards, from health and safety measures to financial procedures. Building and maintaining strong client and customer relationships will be central to your role, making you the first point of contact for customers. Your approach to customer service will be professional, efficient, and courteous, resolving any queries or concerns with ease. You will also play a pivotal role in developing team members, delivering training as needed, and ensuring everyone upholds the high standards expected at Sodexo.
