With continued success and business growth Wincanton have the opportunity for a Store to home Clerk to join our team at Branston on a part time basis on a 3 months fixed term contract.



  • This role is working any 5 out of 7 between 17:00 and 21:00, 20 hours per week.

  • Salary £13104 per annum + 25% unsocial / weekend premium.


How will you contribute?



  • Working as part of a team the post-holder will need to work alongside colleagues sharing their experience and knowledge to provide customers with a high level of service delivery.

  • Ensure that all incoming calls are answered in line with the SLA criteria and are dealt with appropriately and promptly.

  • Manage customer incident calls/emails through to completion.

  • Chase information from 3rd party network.

  • Ensure the accurate maintenance of specific spreadsheets as and when determined necessary are completed.

  • Ensure all paperwork has been received and delivered as per the expected KPI/SLA.

  • Demonstrate empathy with the customers as and when required.

  • Ensure all procedures are adhered to and report all incidents of non-compliance.


Requirements



  • Previous Customer Service experience or NVQ level 3 in Customer Service.

  • Motivated and able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written formats.

  • Ability to work in a busy environment.

  • Team player.

  • Well organised, taking ownership of tasks and being able to work to detail.

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.

  • Sound IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
