Strategic Account Executive: Our Distribution team is growing, and we are excited to advertise the vacancy of Strategic Account Executive on a permanent basis. You will form part of a collaborative team; reporting into the Strategic Account Manager where you will be working to provide vital support for the Strategic Accounts Team in all aspects of Account and Relationship Management. You will act as key contact between our largest brokers / partners and the rest of the business relating to day-to-day account activities and data production.

The role of Strategic Account Executive will predominantly be based from home with the support of necessary equipment, however, there will be occasional travel to Ageas and Broker offices as required.

Here are some of the main responsibilities of the Strategic Account Executive:

· Work collaboratively with the Strategic Account Manager's to successfully deliver against the annual business plan including revenue income, renewal retention and new business acquisition

· Update CRM in timely fashion with relevant data reports such as broker/partner panel shares, GWP, meeting dates and notes including adhoc reports.

· Develop profitable Broker to Broker accounts through a disciplined sales process, including prospecting and pipelining using the internal CRM system

· Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns and communication to support in achieving the annual business plan including revenue, renewal, and new business

· Work across all Product Lines and Distribution channels and build knowledge and expertise to the highest level

· Communicate effectively with all Accounts to provide updates about Ageas, our products and services

· Provide market feedback and information for weekly and monthly reporting

· Possess outstanding communication skills, build rapport with ease and have the ability to influence others

· Knowledge and understanding of the general insurance market and Ageas' product range

· A solid understanding of Ageas, its culture, values, and proposition to market

· Exposure or understanding of sales process and disciplines including customer service delivery

· Motivated and driven self-starter who can manage their time and workload effectively
