- Develop and implement comprehensive media plans across various channels, including digital, AV, Out of Home, etc, while supporting the roadmap of development for retail media networks.
- Identify the most appropriate consumers through media insights, competitor benchmarking, and a test-and-learn agenda to stand out in the noisy consumer world.
- Collaborate with brand teams and creative departments for seamless campaign execution, while managing media budgets and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Optimize the impact of a high-performing media planning function in both the short and long term to maximize branded growth ambitions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring a wealth of experience and skills to the table. With proven experience in media planning and a strong understanding of omnichannel media executions, you will be adept at navigating various media landscapes. Your team management experience will enable you to bring out the best in both individuals and high-performing teams. Proficiency with media planning software and tools will be essential, as will your excellent logical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to build rapport with a broad range of colleagues, fostering collaboration and innovation.
