Full Job Description

We're seeking a dedicated Streets Support Services Administrator to join our team at Swanton Road Depot. In this vital position, you'll manage a diverse array of tasks to ensure smooth functioning of our services.

Your responsibilities will span both office and depot environments. You'll oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, manage stock levels, handle the JADU job request system, and prepare essential documentation. On the operational side, you'll drive various vehicles, operate a telehandler, coordinate deliveries, manage on-site contractors, and maintain depot safety and cleanliness. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

To excel in this position, you'll need a strong administrative background, excellent IT skills (particularly in Microsoft Office), and a full UK driving license (Category C1E). Essential qualities include outstanding organizational abilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of customer service. We're looking for a team player who can also work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and handle some manual tasks.
