We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and dedicated Student Behaviour and Support Manager to join our team. This role will play a key part in ensuring that all students have the support they need to engage in their learning and to develop positive behaviours.
+ Previous experience in a similar role
+ Understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
+ Empathetic, patient, and resilient approach when working with young people.
+ Ability to remain calm and proactive in challenging situations.
+ Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
+ A genuine passion for supporting the emotional and behavioural development of students.
