Student Systems Support Analyst

The successful candidate will be working with users of our current student record system, SITS. We will expect you to have great communication skills, be able to build excellent team-working relationships and complete tasks to a high standard. You'll be an important member of the SIS team, providing first line SRS support to our staff, helping to troubleshoot any issues they have in using SITS. You will work with staff from Registry, Admissions, Student Support, Finance, HR and the faculties.

You will handle a wide range of tasks including carrying out routine operational and administrative duties, participating in work to upgrade and maintain all aspects of the SRS, updating and running queries, creating and maintaining user accounts, monitoring the SIS email inbox, creating and maintaining system documentation and working on some minor projects within the SIS team.

We expect that you will have knowledge of Higher Education, particularly applicant and/or student administration. We would be happy to hear from people working in student administration who would be interested in gaining experience the technical aspects of the SRS and its other related systems.
