Exciting opportunity for an energetic, passionate and customer service driven individual to join the Ralph Lauren Flagship family. As a Sales Lead you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieving sales, through delivering a one team, one family that is focused on the customer Responsibilities Customer Service

  • To understand and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Capture customer insights
  • Build relationships through clienteling
  • Show expertise with Connected Retail Initiatives
    • Brand Values
  • Understand and demonstrate knowledge of the RL brand, history heritage and values
  • Knowledge of RL Philanthropy
  • Support manager to deliver our policies on Diversity, Equity and
  • Inclusion
    • Product Knowledge
  • Requires expert knowledge of the merchandise in assigned product area in store
  • Teach colleagues the key RL Fundamental Icons
  • Storytell around our sensibilities
  • Expert with seasonal range launches
  • Communicate product feedback
    • Leadership
  • Supports the manager to deliver key metrics
  • Demonstrates the RL Way & Success Drivers constantly
  • Is a team leader
  • Communicates effectively with colleagues & managers
  • Demonstrates a high level of business acumen

    Ability lead teams and support managers in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead by example exceptional customer service skills according to RL
  • Selling Culture model
  • Take initiative and learn consistently
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Takes accountability for own self development
  • Looks for development opportunities in others
  • Required language: local language, English language a plus.
  • Expert in RL operational systems
