An opportunity has arisen for a Supervisor to join our team in Chinoiserie at Jumeirah Carlton Tower.

  • The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
  • Oversee operations to ensure smooth daily functions.
  • Ensure staff maintain luxury service standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on procedures and service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.
  • Monitor team performance and meet service goals.
  • Regularly inspect for cleanliness and quality.
  • Handle complaints and resolve problems swiftly.
  • Coordinate with departments for operational efficiency.
  • Manage inventory and supplies within budget.
  • Prepare and submit reports to senior management.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Deep understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations, with a focus on exceeding them.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with staff, management, and guests.
  • High level of accuracy in overseeing daily operations, inspections, and reports, with an eye for luxury standards.
  • Experience managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
