Previous experience of leading or supervising a team highly desirable Passion for delivering a memorable customer experience Great communication skills and be comfortable making decisions Ability to work on own initiative ad make reasoned decisions under pressure You may be a shift manager, team leader, supervisor or duty manager, who is aspiring to grow their career into management, or you may be a team member, customer service assistant or crew member looking for that next step.
