Job description
6.25 Hours per week - Term Time.
Please note that a willingness to work additional hours between 13:00 to 13:30 is currently a temporary requirement for this role.
Betws Primary School is seeking to appoint a Supervisory Assistant to work during the lunchtime period, between 11:45 and 13:00 every day, term time only.
Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be required to undertake the supervision of the children in all areas of the school, and also supervising and actively engaging pupils in playground games.
Experience of working with children, and the ability to encourage good behaviour and play amongst pupils would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
