Full Job Description
The University of Bristol's Langford Campus Abattoir is seeking to recruit an experienced full-time Slaughterperson.
Experience of working on manual lines with red-meat species is required and full WATOK Certificates of Competence for these species highly desirable. Butchery and further processing experience advantageous to the role.
A fundamental commitment to high standards of Good Manufacturing Practice, Food Hygiene and Animal Welfare essential.
