Full Job Description

The main purpose of the role is to ensure customers receive the highest level of service from the University's Sports Centres. Creating a welcoming environment this role will provide information, booking support, cleaning and setting up/down sporting equipment whilst promoting the benefits of sport and physical activity. The shifts that make up the 8 hour position are:

  • Monday 16.15 - 20.15, Indoor Sports Centre, BS8 1TP
  • Wednesday 18.45 - 22.45, Indoor Sports Centre, BS8 1TP
  • What will you be doing? Responsibilities include providing a point of contact for customer enquires based at the centre's Welcome Desks, interacting with the public, cash handling and working with the Leisure Management System Legend.

    You must have a passion and dedication to the provision of sport and physical activity. You must have experience working in a busy multi-sport leisure environment putting Customer Service excellence at the heart of everything you do. You must have a pro active, positive, 'can do' attitude and a flexible approach to tasks and workload
