Support Work with Complex Experience

Whilst promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, our Support Workers must be willing to:

Assist/provide personal care

To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead

Provide Nutrition and hydration support

Support with medication needs

Assist in domestic duties

Comply with all policies and procedures

To liaise with management

To report back any concern relating to the health of the service user

To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions

We are recruiting for Support Workers to provide care to two young adults (1 male, 1 female) ages 16 and 19 and an older sibling (male - 24) with complex needs and learning difficulties in their own home. They live with their parents and are very happy and positive people.

Our service users require someone with a solid background in Complex Care (2 years+) and a firm understanding of Learning difficulties/Physical difficulties. They are looking for staff who are engaging positive and present in the moment.

PAY RATE varied between - £13-15 per hour

· Full paid training provided

· Paid shadow shifts

Shift Patterns:

Term Time - while at school

· Days: 14:00 - 19:00

· Nights: 19:00 - 09:00

· Weekends: 07:00 - 19:00

Non-Term Time (Holidays) 24/7 hours

· 07:00 - 19:00

· 19:00 - 07:00
