Support Worker

rFacilitate client meetings and participation. \rWork with Young People to complete and review their support plan.\rDesign and deliver support that achieves successful outcomes.\rComplete and review client risk assessment using person centred and trauma sensitive approaches.\rEnsure their work is in line with legislation, guidelines, and policy as well as meeting contractual obligation and Key Performance Indicators.\rHave good communication (written and verbal) with Colleagues, Young People and others working with our Young People.\rBe able to work under pressure and make decisions while maintaining attention to detail and a sensitive approach.\rNeed to be in sympathy with the mission of The Salvation Army.\r\r
