About the role:

You will support adults in their homes with daily tasks and help them enjoy their favourite activities, as well as try new ones. Our goal is to create positive, fulfilling experiences for the people we support, helping them set ambitious goals, gain independence, and live life to the fullest.

Your role will focus on building independent living skills such as:

Assisting with personal hygiene
Helping with meal preparation
Encouraging exercise and facilitating leisure activities ️
Promoting social interaction and community involvement
You will also support individuals outside the home, whether it's going to day centres, running errands, or attending medical appointments.

Hours:

Full-time, 39 hours per week, including weekends and bank holidays. Shifts are from 7:30 am - 2:30 pm or 2:30/3:00 pm - 10:00 pm and sleep-in shifts
