Support Worker

Support: Supporting a sprightly gentleman in his 70s, in his own supported living home Driving: You'll need to be his chauffeur for those scenic country drives and visits to his favorite spots Activities: He's got a green thumb with his veg patch and flowers, and loves a good old-school soap opera Personal Traits:

• He's fiercely independent, so no mollycoddling!
• Loves his colorful shirts and has a personality to match
• Never misses a Sunday dinner and loves his traditional meals
• Coffee and biscuits are a must (don't let that biscuit tin run dry!)
Social Life:
• Family and friends are his world
• Enjoys a weekly outing to a day service
Support Needed:
• Keeping an eye on his prescribed meds
• Making sure his bungalow is spick and span
• Helping him manage his finances (he's a stickler for budgeting)
  
  Personality: Respectful of his independence, friendly, and supportive without being overbearing
Skills: Good communication, budgeting, and basic home maintenance Interests: Enjoys gardening, driving, and watching classic TV shows Shift times: Early, lates, long days including sleep ins.
