Full Job Description

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with enjoying hobbies. Who will you be supporting? This single occupancy service is home to a Male who loves music and theatre. He enjoys his reading, playing games and crafting. He also attends day clubs and likes to go to the gym and attend church. Our Support Workers are the heart of our team. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to - Whether that's travelling the world or spending time in their local park! All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to make this happen.
