Summary

Mental Health Support Worker

Location: Cheltenham

Contract: 22.5 hours one weekend then the week after 18.5 hours in the week

Shifts:

• Week one: Saturday 11:20-22:00 sleep in Sunday 7am to 22:00
• Week 2: Wednesday 12:30 to 22:00, Friday 7am to 14:30

Pay Rate starts from: £11.57p and Sleepin rate £73.89pn

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service in Cheltenham is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, supporting them with budgeting, meal planning and food shopping.

This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to really make a difference to someone's life and to help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether this be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

We're interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with complex individuals with mental health needs.
