We are looking to recruit dedicated and energetic Support Workers who feel passionate about supporting people with Autism/Learning Difficulties and Mental Health, to give them the highest quality of support, to live their best lives.
You will have a passion for working with people where no day is the same, and the desire to support individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
Your role will include, but not limited to:
Supporting service users to access the community and to organise and participate in appropriate leisure or other activities outside of their own homes.
Assisting with the support/care plans for individuals including provision for the physical and personal support needs and their emotional, intellectual and social well-being.
Document records and reports on each service user in accordance with Company policies and guidelines.
Be aware of the procedures for taking appropriate action in case of an emergency.

To be considered for this Support Worker position, all applicants should have a minimum of 6 months previous experience in the Health Care Industry and 2 satisfactory references.
