Full Job Description
As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Support individuals to live independently and complete everyday activities, giving them the tools and confidence they need for a fulfilling life. All whilst doing this within someone's own home and out in the community.
- Proactively advocating for the individuals we support and their families, ensuring their voices are heard and needs are met.
- Provide compassionate, dignified personal care tailored to each individual's needs.

- Fostering effective communication and building a strong rapport with each individual by ensuring consistent updates from the office, providing a supportive environment for both the team and the customer, and addressing their needs proactively throughout their support.

£12 per hour (Real Living Wage!) with enhancements for Sundays and Bank Holidays. Permanent & Part-Time contracts are available. Up to 35 hours per week, plus the potential for overtime. A mixture of shifts covering morning, evening, daytime, and weekend. No night shifts! Requirement: A driver with access to a car (Mileage is paid 45p a mile, paid travel time), We are passionate about making a difference in people's lives. - Candidate must have a full clean driving license
- Candidate must be happy to work across localities, We pay the Real Living Wage - We value all our team members, so our starting pay rate is the Real Living Wage (currently £12 per hour)
