As a Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  £12 per hour (Real Living Wage!) with enhancements for Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Permanent & Part-Time contracts are available. Up to 35 hours per week, plus the potential for overtime. A mixture of shifts covering morning, evening, daytime, and weekend. No night shifts! Your induction Leading Lives runs a three-week induction programme. Your buddy will meet you on your first day and support you throughout the programme.
