Full Job Description

Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with autism, tailored to their specific needs and preferences. - Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. - Encourage and support individuals in participating in community activities, leisure pursuits, and educational programs. - Foster a positive, supportive environment that promotes independence and personal development. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans. - Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organisational standards.

A compassionate and caring nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. - Resilience and patience when faced with challenges, adapting to individual needs. - A willingness to learn and follow guidance from the team. - Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes. - Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and occasional night shifts.

Support Worker - Pembrokeshire - Bangeston Hall - £12.60 to £12.80 per hour dependent on qualifications and experience Full Time role - 45.5 hours per week (Part time hours available)

About Bangeston Hall: Situated in Pembroke Dock, Bangeston Hall is our largest home in Pembrokeshire, housing up to 17 adults. The main manor house has 10 bedrooms and ample communal space, complemented by a five-bed lodge and a two-bed home. The grounds feature a market garden, allotments, a polytunnel, a smallholding, and rooms for music and art, offering various opportunities for nature activities, life skills, and relaxation.
