About The Role
Servoca Nursing & Care have a reputation for providing quality and reliable staff to the health and social care sector in the Greater Manchester area. Our clients support children and young people facing a variety of personal challenges related to living with Learning or Physical Disability, Mental Health, Emotional/Behavioral Disorders or Complex Social circumstances.
We work with Schools, Residential Homes, Respite, Supported Living and Transition services throughout Greater Manchester providing them with skilled and experienced support workers for long, medium and short-term needs. Shifts can be Days, Nights and Sleep Shifts to facilitate 24-hour support.

About You
Supporting Children and Young Adults is both rewarding and challenging with the commitment to emotional health and wellbeing at its heart. Applicants must also have:
- a minimum of 12 months experience within Children's or Adult support settings
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- the ability to engage positively with young people as a good role model whilst recognising professional boundaries
- experience of individual support planning and establishing strong therapeutic relationships as part of multidisciplinary teams
- a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Level 3 NVQ Children and young person (Preferred)
