We have fantastic new opportunities to join us and support our deaf or hearing impaired service users in Blackburn. We are looking for confident Care & Support Workers with the passion to both deliver outstanding care, alongside play a role in empowering d/Deaf or hearing impaired service users to access the same recovery opportunities as their hearing peers. You will be working Full time (42 hours per week) across a mixed shift pattern of 3/4 12 hour shifts per week with a focus on supporting our d/Deaf or hearing impaired (profound, severe, partial or hard of hearing) service users with mental health needs, inside our new Deaf community step down setting in Blackburn., Your day-to-day

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required
