What You'll Do: Support 4 ladies and 1 gentleman with profound learning disabilities and high health needs. Provide high-quality personal care and assist with medication. Enjoy activities like arts and crafts, shopping, and eating out. Attend day services and have fun with sing-alongs and mini discos (thanks to our "music man"!). Help with daily tasks to promote independence-whether it's finances, shopping, cooking, or personal care. Reflexology sessions and other enriching activities. Shift Patterns: Early shifts: 07:00 - 14:30 Late shifts: 14:00 - 21:30 Sleep in shift is also required Weekend and occasional bank holiday shifts expected as part of your permanent role.
