We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Support Worker with experience in Positive Behavioural Support to empower an active and energetic young gentleman with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Risca. Our 24/7 service offers:

• Day Shifts: 8am - 8pm or 11am - 6pm
• Waking Night Shifts: 9:30pm - 7:30am
• Work-Life Balance - Rota's in advance
30 or 33 hour shift including a waking night A full UK manual required driving licence (to support with mobility vehicle transport). We're looking for someone who shares these values and has: Experience in Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) plans, reviewing and contributing to changes when required NVQ/QCF Level 2 or a willingness to work towards it What You'll Be Doing: Working as part of a passionate team to provide outstanding support. Implementing Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) and personal plans, ensuring effectiveness and continuous improvement with the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) and PBS Lead. Collaborating closely with family members and professionals to create a strong support network. Encouraging community involvement, helping individuals engage in local activities. Building essential life skills, including cooking, household tasks, managing finances, and medication administration. Providing support in the community - from shopping and appointments to education and leisure activities. Assisting with personal care as outlined in individual care plans. Contributing to risk assessments and support plans, ensuring a safe and empowering environment.
