Support Worker - Russian Speaking

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including providing support with personal care and domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access work, education and social opportunities. You will have the choice of either weekly or monthly pay.

You will be required to work in a flexible manner, on a roster basis, which will include evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

We are recruiting a highly motivated Support Worker for our Camden service who is willing to go the extra mile to support adults with profound learning disabilities to enjoy an active and fulfilling lifestyle. You will be patient, attentive and responsive to different individual needs and preferences. The ability to understand and communicate well in Russian is essential for the role.

You will be passionate about promoting active involvement and communication to ensure that 'every day is a great day'. You will offer respect and unconditional positive regard for the people you support. Applicants must be reliable, flexible and professional with a good team and work ethic.

Previous experience within a Support Worker role is desirable but not an essential requirement; successful applicants will attend mandatory induction training courses to begin this role.
