Full Job Description
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Surveyor to join our North Property Management Team in Manchester or Liverpool. As a Senior Surveyor, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of assets across various clients, with a focus on city centre offices, retail, and industrial/logistics., Manage client/property transitions in and out of CBRE management
Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare client reports and ensure accurate data is maintained on property management systems
Attend client meetings and lead client relationships
MRICS qualified (preferred)
Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
Strong knowledge of property management legislation and regulations
Excellent client relationship-building and communication skills
Proficient in IT software, including Word, Excel, and industry-specific applications
