The System and Leadership Development team at the award-winning West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership are recruiting two fixed-term positions for 12 months.

The System and Leadership Development Facilitator role will work across West Yorkshire, providing support and facilitation in the design, delivery and evaluation of Organisational and System Development projects and interventions. Contributing to key elements of our West Yorkshire People Plan, the portfolio of work will focus on the following pillars: Looking after our people, Belonging, Leadership and Talent and System Development. The successful applicants will also have an active involvement in the award-winning Fellowship Programme; a leadership development programme designed to support colleagues from ethnically diverse backgrounds working within the health and care system.

We are looking for individuals with experience in the planning, co-ordination and facilitation of organisational development (OD), learning and development, and inclusion interventions. The successful candidate will support the identification, design and delivery of key OD interventions in line with the strategic direction and plans for the System.

Main duties of the job

Support colleagues in the System and Leadership Development team in carrying out interventions relating to system development (OD), culture, leadership and talent development, inclusion and health and wellbeing initiatives.

Provide expertise and advice on diagnosing, delivering, and evaluating development initiatives.

Ensure all OD interventions are evaluated effectively and learning from these

evaluations shared through the relevant forum

Provide support in planning and organising OD projects ensuring that agreed objectives and targets are met within agreed timescales

Use a range of tools and methodologies which support OD interventions

Contribute to creating a culture of organisational development and learning across the system and within the integrated care board (ICB) by providing advice and support for organisational development activities
