Systemic Family Therapist

This is a temporary role as a Systemic Family Therapist at T Glyn Ebwy, a specialist Eating Disorder service for women operated by Elysium Healthcare. The therapist will be responsible for delivering systemic family psychotherapy, providing assessments and interventions to women and their families or support systems. The role also involves staff development through training, consultations, and multidisciplinary team work., The Systemic Family Therapist will be providing highly-skilled systemic interventions for the families of women with severe, complex and persistent mental health problems, learning difficulties and/or developmental problems. They will be responsible for in-depth risk-assessments, evidence-based and formulation-driven systemic perspectives to multidisciplinary risk management, care planning and decision-making. The therapist will manage a complex caseload, facilitate groups, monitor clinical progress, and support staff development.
