The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role insupportingthe delivery of a high-value talent acquisition and resourcing service that visibly impacts organisational success.This role involves partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment campaigns, particularly for hard-to-fill and niche roles.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also provide candidates with a deepunderstandingof the organisation, its employee value proposition, and brand. The Talent Acquisition Specialist willleadand manage key talent acquisition projects and campaigns for hard-to-fill roles. They will proactively search for, attract,nurture, and hire the very best talent.The role involves providing advanced level advice and guidance on attraction, social media, sourcing, pipelining, assessment, vetting,inclusivehiring, dataanalysis, and market and technology trends. The Talent Acquisition Specialist willcollaboratewith HR Business Partners and senior managers to develop a fullunderstandingof service area workforce requirements and provide talent acquisition strategies and solutions.They will ensure the successful and timely delivery of multiple innovative talent acquisition campaigns and projects with clearly defined project plans and identified task owners and timelines.The role also requires using best value, evidence-based, and innovative methods to create and deliver valuable solutions.Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in talent acquisition, particularly in recruiting for hard-to-fill and niche roles.Strong leadership and project management skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication andinterpersonalskills are required, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders. The candidate should have a proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns. Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures is necessary.
