Full Job Description

  • Talent Development, Performance and Strategy: Design and implement strategies to identify, assess, and cultivate key talent in the Corporate Services division. Create impactful mentoring and coaching programmes, alongside enriching learning opportunities.
  • Succession Planning: Spearhead a clear succession strategy, identifying and bridging skills gaps among our existing talent while benchmarking against market standards in collaboration with the executive recruitment team.
  • Tool Development: Collaborate with the wider talent team to develop tools that facilitate growth, including assessments, learning strategies, mentoring, coaching, and psychometric evaluations.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with Infrastructure leadership to define and measure success factors for talent solutions that align with our business goals.
  • Data-Driven Intervention: Leverage key data metrics to implement strategic interventions, continuously assessing the effectiveness of talent solutions and optimising as needed.

Your expertise will be vital as we craft and implement effective talent strategies that champion succession planning and nurture a robust internal talent pipeline., Proven experience in talent management, organisational development, or a related field within financial services.
  • Strong grasp of talent acquisition processes and succession planning strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Experience with mentoring, coaching, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across all organisational levels.
