IDENTIFIED BY OFSTED AS "OUTSTANDING" TEACHER OF COMPUTING and IT (0.6 - 0.8 part-time) September 2025 This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and supportive team of specialist teachers who share a love of Computing and IT and the central roles these subjects play in all our lives. Teaching students to think computationally is as essential as developing good literacy and numeracy skills. The post will be of interest to newly qualified, as well as experienced, teachers who wish to develop professionally and personally in a supportive and happy environment. The team works exceptionally well together, ably led and supported by experienced leaders. There are schemes of work in place for all Key Stages and the department is well-resourced. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach to teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5. Due to the outstanding teaching, supportive systems, and positive learning culture, students achieve highly at Waddesdon, with Progress 8 scores of above +0.5 in the last three successive years (Well Above Average).
