The department is very well resourced and as a result of the high numbers of students who opt for subjects within the department, in the Sixth Form there will be the opportunity to teach a significant amount of teaching at both A Level and BTEC. Ideally we would like to appoint some who has:

• An awareness of Rosenshine's principles of instruction
• An understanding of key substantive and disciplinary concepts in business principles, economics and entrepreneurship
• An awareness of some of the concepts explored in Tom Sherrington's 'Walkthru' series or Doug Lemov's 'Teach Like a Champion' series
• An ability to promote excellent standards of student learning, achievement, progress, attainment and behaviour through working effectively and collaboratively
• An ability to deliver inspirational lessons
