Teaching Assistant

The school is seeking a dynamic and inspiring Teaching Assistant to join its well-resourced, friendly and supportive SEND department. This role is to start from April, or September 2025. The school is looking for people who are caring, compassionate, patient and keen to make a difference to a child's life. A willingness to get stuck in and bring ideas to the table will also be a great benefit. The SEND department is very supportive of new ideas and initiatives.

• Fantastic communication skills
• A positive and 'can do' attitude
• Some experience working with children, but not essential
• An interest in creating positive experiences for students!
• Pro-activity is a must
If you have an interest or enjoy working with children - we want to hear from you. No previous experience necessary!,
• An Enhanced working with children DBS or the ability to apply for one through us.
• An up to date CV with any gaps accounted for
• Be able to provide a police check from countries you have lived in within the last 10 years for 12 months outside of the UK
• References that cover the last two years & any work that you have done with children

£90 (minimum) a day with increased rates offered for more experienced members of staff. (£102.60 per day if on Umbrella contract)
