We are a strong team of teachers and teaching assistants that value each other and are committed to providing a high-quality education for all learners.

We are looking for dynamic, energetic, flexible, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is committed to an inclusive approach. Your role will be to support a child who will be in Year 2 with their adapted curriculum and in their inclusion in the mainstream classroom. You will be committed to providing the best opportunities for our very rewarding but sometimes challenging learner and ensure that he is supported to achieve his full potential.

The successful candidates will demonstrate a sound understanding of the specialist approaches that work best with children who have difficulties associated with communication and interaction and in particular, Autism. They will be able to evidence their knowledge, skills and experience in successfully supporting these children to reach their potential within an educational setting.

A flexible approach, a sense of humour, reliability, punctuality, stamina, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure are essential.
