Full Job Description

The College is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work in Shell (Years 3 & 4) to inspire and encourage our Prep School pupils. This busy and vibrant role reports directly to the Head of Shell. As a Teaching Assistant in Shell, the postholder will support our teachers in the effective and efficient daily running of the class and work closely with our Prep School pupils, therefore experience working with children of this age is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to join a dedicated and committed team of professionals. The staff in the Prep School are warm and friendly and the atmosphere is professional and welcoming. Staff are given the resources and training they need to fulfil their role to the best of their ability, and our pupils benefit greatly from this. A desire to become widely involved in the life of a busy school will be important.
