Team Guide | UK Assemblies

1-3 hours / week Option to share role. Essential to attend weekly meeting, Tuesdays 9:30-11:00am, The Team Guide (Internal Coordinator in XR) ensures:

• The team is healthy and achieves its mandate
• Stewards the team's immediate and longer-term priorities, and aligns its work with the broader circle's plan
• Proposes roles and projects the team needs to fulfil its purpose and accountabilities
• Supports the work of role-holders and sub-circles, and reviews their work at regular intervals
• Fills team roles without extended delay, or proposes they are dissolved if no longer needed
• Invites people with relevant skills and abilities to join the team as required
• Maintains an awareness of the policies of the team and its broader circles
• Maintains an awareness of what is happening in the wider organism, and communicates regularly with the team's Connector [External Coordinator in XR], We are seeking someone to take on the role of Team Guide [referred to as Internal Coordinator in XR] to coordinate the Community Assemblies group. Your input will help the team be effective and support its growth.
  
  Strategic development and planning
• Strategic mentoring / coaching
• General / operations management
• Project / programme management, You will need a minimum of 3 years experience in either team coordinator / management and / or project management.
Essential:

• Good organisational, planning and communication skills
• Willingness to learn new digital tools/platforms
Desirable:
• An understanding of assemblies, deliberative democracy and familiarity with XR platforms.
