Full Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrator looking to step up and make a real impact? Do you enjoy keeping things running smoothly while also providing essential support to leadership? As the Team Lead Administrator in our Health Tech business unit, you'll have the chance to combine your organisational expertise with your managerial skills and passion for helping others. You'll be a key player in a team working on life-changing medical devices that address global health challenges like Parkinson's, diabetes, and cancer. From day one, you'll feel the impact of your work as we partner with the world's leading Health Tech companies. Once you've settled in, you'll take charge of a small, supportive team, ensuring we stay organised and ahead of any challenges. Whether it's arranging travel for a consultant, refining client presentations, or solving the unexpected, you'll be the person who makes things happen smoothly. Your role will be varied-perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment. As well as overseeing a wide variety of administration tasks, you'll also work closely with our Business Unit Lead, providing high-level EA support. Typically, this could include diary management, basic Excel Spreadsheet preparation, and preparing PowerPoint presentations. You'll be working at our award-winning campus in Melbourn, Cambs - where the benefits include free lunches and free gym facilities. The culture here is built on collaboration - brilliant people helping each other out - and you'll feel the benefit of that support from day one. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-level administrative support to the Business Unit Leader, including diary management, meetings and travel arrangements.
  • Organising a range of events from staff parties to client seminars.
  • Preparation of board meeting materials and minutes.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.
  • Completing monthly accounts data gathering and reviewing to ensure there are no errors.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes.
  • Supporting and leading our Health Tech administrative team, including coaching and training.

Strong administrative experience, ideally with some previous managerial responsibility.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership, with EA responsibilities being a plus.
  • A desire to lead, inspire, and grow a team while staying hands-on with daily tasks.

In return we offer the following company benefits:
  • Annual profit-related bonus
  • Employer pension contribution of 12% of pensionable pay
  • Private medical insurance for employees and dependants
  • Free lunch and all-day refreshments
  • Life insurance worth 6x salary
  • 25 days holiday
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave, with the option to return part-time for a year
  • Electric car leasing scheme
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Public transport season ticket loan
  • A wide range of activities, including running, board games, programming, squash, arts and crafts, and TTP's own rock band
  • Local sports facilities, theatre discounts and memberships
  • If you're ready to bring your skills to a team that's passionate about making a difference, we'd love to hear from you!
