NVQ L3  -  £16      / hr

NVQ L2  -  £14     / hr  

We are an 18 bedded Residential Care Home providing permanent, respite, day care and domiciliary services; 8 miles from Taunton, Wellington and 11 miles from Honiton. We will consider NVQ L2 candidates, who will progress to a higher rate of pay upon completion of their NVQ L3.

The candidate must:

• Understand basic geriatric health conditions
• Communicate with other health care professionals
• Be confident
• Be organised (to meet daily objectives)
• Delegate to a small team
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Have a hands-on approach

We are able to accept In-Country Sponsorship candidates with an NVQ 2 or above.

We do not provide accommodation (therefore, the candidate will need the use of a car to get to location.)
