Team Leader

This role is accountable for managing a team of Patient Service Coordinators for a cohort of patients. This role will ensure they and their team deliver exceptional customer service when booking appointments and discussing the imaging, tests and procedures., Managing a team delivering a referral service for NHS and/or Private referrals by organising and monitoring the day- to-day workload of the team.
