Team Leader - Building Consultancy

As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of high-performing consultants, managing client relationships, actively engaging in Business Development and delivering complex projects across various sectors, including education, leisure, healthcare and commercial properties., Lead and develop a team of surveyors, fostering growth and operational excellence.

- Manage high-value, multidisciplinary projects, ensuring compliance and quality.

- Drive business development initiatives, securing new opportunities and expanding our client base.

- Oversee and manage a team who are providing technical expertise, on CDM regulations, Building Safety Act and Building Surveying.

We are searching for an experienced leader with a background in Building Surveying or CDM., MRICS, IMaPS qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in the construction industry.

- Proven leadership in team development and client relationship management.

- Strong commercial acumen and a track record in business development.

- Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery skills and an approachable leadership style.
