Team Manager

This role is ideal for someone ready to bring their expertise and compassionate leadership to our dedicated team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism., As a Team Manager, you'll work closely with the Service Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations across our services inSaltash, Liskeard, and St Austell. Your leadership will directly impact the quality of life for the people we support, creating a positive, person-centered environment that promotes independence and active participation in the community.,

• Leadership & Support: Provide hands-on guidance and constructive feedback to improve quality, person-centered care, and positive behavioral support.
• Staff Supervision: Conduct regular supervision meetings and facilitate team sessions to ensure staff remain motivated, informed, and supported.
• Individual Support Plans: Ensure support plans are up-to-date and thoroughly communicated, fostering individual growth and well-being.
• Community Engagement: Help those we support to build strong connections within their local neighborhoods, encouraging greater independence and community involvement.
  
  To succeed as a Team Manager at United Response, you will need:
• Full UK Driving Licence: Travel throughout East Cornwall is required.
• Extensive Social Care Experience: Particularly with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
• Supervisory Skills: A proven track record in managing and motivating teams.
• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or a commitment to work toward it).
• Personal Qualities: Compassion, resilience, and a passion for social care to inspire both staff and those we support.
  
  Competitive Salary: £28,275 per annum plus a car user allowance.
